Today was/is the day to finish up the yard work that I’ve been putting off. I’m not raking any of the leaves, just mulching them in with the mower, very dusty job, but it sure beats raking, piling, and hauling. I’m even watering the lawn, it really does need it, we haven’t gotten much rain here. The weather seems to be warm and mostly sunny day after day after day, seems that way.
So on to the photos from yesterday, and lots of ’em as you can see. 🙂
I try to get out and explore new areas, or just go back to one I found, at least once a week with the dogs. This week was a good journey, saw and found new places. Along the Knik River is quite the play ground, lots of people in trucks and ATV’s running around, but even with lots of people, I was able to get away from them, it’s a big area.

This is where the two-track came out.
Found another little trail that headed down to the Matanuska River.

Landslide?
Looks like a very busy beaver along the river.
Then I headed over to the Knik River.
