Solstice and Archangel

Today is the Summer Solstice at 9:46 PM here in Alaska. The longest day of the year, the day with the most sunlight.
Today’s sunrise was at 4:13 AM and sunset will be at 11:47 PM, with twilight in between.

The day started out with rain, but as mid-day came around, the clouds began to break, and the sun started to peak through. Ended up being a wonderful day with clouds, sun, a light breeze, and a great temp in the mid 60’s.

I went up to Archangel Pass today for about 4 hours.

I have lots of photos to post from today. I’ll update this post later.

Update:
Here are a few of the photos, just a few.
