Another Detour…

So I headed out today with one purpose in mind, get all the stuff I need to tune up Gertie, my Jeep, tomorrow. Well, as I was driving towards Wally-World, damn I hate that place, but I know I can get what I want for this job and on the cheap, but just looking at Pioneer Peak with some light clouds around her peak, "forced" me to keep driving. Drove to the Old Glenn exit and thought I was make the loop to Palmer then back, didn’t happen. I stopped at a park just before the old Eklutna Electric plant, think it’s called Trail Race Park, for some reason I don’t know. I’ve been here before, but just never walked on the paths.
