Not really much going on here besides work and the lack of snow. Winter is really taking it’s time getting here this year, and it’s pissing me off.
I’m missing Alaska, though the weather there is pretty sucky also, but still missing it, and feeling a bit displaced. This may be part of the reason I’m not sleeping. I can count on one hand the number of nights I’ve gotten a full nights sleep since being back in Michigan.

NORTHWEST WISCONSIN AND THE WESTERN HALF OF UPPER MICHIGAN.
On a fun note, I bought myself a new Pentax DA 55-300mm f/4-5.8 ED Lens. Now for the new camera.
Haven’t had a chance to play with the new lens due to crappy weather and lack of winter, so this is the only photo I’ve taken so far.
Wish I would have had my tripod for is, but still turned out ok for being very overcast and flat lighting.
