Now Eli is in pain, I think in his neck. Friday morning he woke up crying around 1:30 AM. Ever since then it seems like he can’t lift his head up all the way, and acting quite odd. I have to hold his treats down low so he can get them. He does go outside, but comes back in quite quick, that’s very unusual for him. All he does is lay down. It seems like maybe a pinched nerve in his neck, maybe.
Update – Not sure, but I think Eli is feeling a little better. I gave him an aspirin, so that could be helping…I hope so.
This is Eli with his “pet” moose in Alaska.
Yeah, I’ve updated a bit, not much else to do. Took me quite a while getting logged in, couldn’t remember how and had to Google it.
I might start posting photos again, we’ll see.
The rain this morning had stopped, so I got outside and mowed the whole lawn. Just as I had only about 5 more passes to go, the rain started up again, sort of heavy at that. I continued to finish the lawn, getting a tad wet, but it sure felt good, that warm rain falling down on me.
With the passing rains and passing open skies, there were some nice cloud formations. Classic August day in Michigan.
The last time Dawn and I were in Copper Harbor, we were greeted with morning after morning of sunrises such as this over Lake Fanny Hooe. Copper Harbor is one of my favorite towns, I can’t wait for the day when we live closer so we can visit more often.
For a few day last week there was quite a bit of haze in the air, but it made for some wonderful Sunrises. Along with the haze, some morning had nice fog that blanketed the ground. This is one such Sunrise.
